OMFG WALNUTS!

I noticed walnuts looked like brains and thought they might be good for my brain. I tried all sorts of doses for all sorts of timescales and here's what I found: it makes no difference.

HOWEVER; along the way, I made a most happy discovery.

If you eat a small handful of walnuts and chew them properly you will quickly get hungry the for foods you DO NEED for your brain; whatever you need most, and so on (let one batch and its suggested foods digest before going again)

That is, within your range of known foods.

Which is why one should try all foods.
