may have guessed, this isn't a
real c99.php; it's just a joke, and the joke is on you!
What this script
actually does, is a whois lookup of your IP, then grabs the email address of your ISP's responsible person, and mails them an automated message, including your IP Address. By the time you read this, your ISP already knows you are trying to "hack" web sites.
Cool, huh!
